The Provider uses the following third-party service providers to operate the Website and Newsletter Service:
- Supabase (database and backend infrastructure) — EU region
- Lovable (website hosting and deployment)
- Stripe (payment processing) — USA
- Google Analytics (website analytics) — USA
- Microsoft Clarity (user behaviour analytics and session recordings) — USA
- Resend (email delivery for the Newsletter Service) — USA
These service providers process data on behalf of the Provider and are contractually bound to handle data in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
6. International Data Transfers
Some of the data processors listed above are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside of Switzerland, the Provider ensures that adequate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses or reliance on the data processor's certification under recognised frameworks.
